Delivery & Returns
Your beautiful orders are prepared by our teams within approximately 3 to 5 working days after validation of your order (except in exceptional cases).

Once your package is ready, here is an estimate of how long it will take for your order to arrive at your home:
- Standard shipping to Switzerland: 2 to 3 working days
- Standard shipping to Europe*: 5 to 11 working days
- Standard shipping to the rest of the world*: 7 to 15 working days
*In case of delivery outside of Switzerland, administrative and/or customs charges may be applied by the carrier, which are to be paid by the customer.
Please note that Joli Nous is not responsible for any delays once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If you are not, you have 14 days (after receiving your order) to return your purchases (at your expense) for a refund.

Please note that no item will be refunded if the label has been removed, if it is not new, if it has been used, washed or if it is not in its original packaging.

Once the Products have been received, checked and accepted by our services, you will receive an email to inform you that the refund has been made. Please allow approximately 14 (fourteen) working days for the Joli Nous team to process your return.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment used for the order. The Customer having purchased his Products Joli Nous with a gift card will be refunded on a new gift card. A cash refund is not possible.
