The Cotton Ring Sling are woven in France from high quality and resistant raw materials. Our Sling are 100% organic cotton, GOTS & OEKO-TEX certified. Our models of Washed Linen Ring Sling are grown, woven and dyed in Northern Europe. They are OEKO-TEX certified.
OEKO-TEX
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is a health and environmental testing and certification system for textile products. The tests for harmful substances include: substances that are prohibited and regulated by law and products that are known to be harmful to health, but are not yet regulated. The OEKO-TEX certification guarantees the absence of substances that are harmful to the body and the environment.
GOTS
This quality label is a worldwide benchmark in the field of textiles. It assures consumers that the textile is truly organic. It guarantees sustainable, ecological and environmentally friendly production throughout the production chain.
GOTS certification ensures:
- Total absence of harmful chemicals
- A minimum of 70% organic fibres in the textile
- Reduced water and energy consumption during production
- Environmentally friendly manufacturing from start to finish
- Compliance with ILO (International Labour Organisation) conventions with safe working conditions and decent wages for all employees
- Strict and regular controls and audits are carried out on companies producing GOTS certified textiles to ensure high environmental and social standards.
