Your beautiful orders are prepared by our teams within approximately 3 to 5 working days after validation of your order (except in exceptional cases).

The preparation time of your order is 3 to 5 working days after validation of your order (except in exceptional cases).


Once your package is ready, here is an estimate of how long it will take for your order to arrive at your home:


- Standard shipping to Switzerland: 2 to 3 working days


- Standard shipping to Europe*: 5 to 11 working days


- Standard shipping to the rest of the world*: 7 to 15 working days


*In case of delivery outside of Switzerland, administrative and/or customs charges may be applied by the carrier, which are to be paid by the customer.


Please note that Joli Nous is not responsible for delays once the shipment has been entrusted to the carrier.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If you are not, you have 14 days (after receiving your order) to return your purchases (at your expense) for a refund.

Please note that no item will be refunded if the label has been removed, if it is not new, if it has been used, washed or if it is not in its original packaging.


As soon as we receive your package, we'll send you an email to let you know that the refund has been processed. Please allow approximately 14 working days for the Joli Nous team to process your return. 

Reimbursement

Joli Nous 's general returns policy allows you to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order for Joli Nous products, without having to justify your decision. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.


The various postal charges for the return of Products Joli Nous shall be borne by the customer.


Our Products leave our premises in perfect condition. No item can be refunded if the label has been removed, if it is not new, if it has been used, washed or if it is not in its original packaging.

Once the Products have been received, checked and accepted by our services, you will receive an email to inform you that the refund has been processed. Please allow approximately 14 (fourteen) working days for the Joli Nous team to process your return.


Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the order. Customers who have purchased their Joli Nous Products with a gift card will be reimbursed on a new gift card. A cash refund is not possible.
